What does the system do?

The reservation system is a digital tool that helps you:

  • 📅 Accept and manage reservations — online and by phone
  • 🍽️ Manage tables — capacity, location, and availability
  • 👥 Manage staff — who handles reservations and who gets notified
  • 🔔 Automatically notify guests — confirmations, reminders, and review requests
  • 📊 Track statistics — reservation counts, occupancy, revenue

Quick Start

Follow these steps if you're just getting started:

  1. First Login — how to log into the admin panel
  2. Dashboard Overview — what you see after logging in
  3. Set Opening Hours — when the restaurant is open
  4. Add Tables — how many tables you have and where
  5. Add Staff — who will handle reservations
  6. Check Settings — reservation approval, cancellation, currency

Once these steps are done, your system is ready to accept its first reservations.
