What does the system do?
The reservation system is a digital tool that helps you:
- 📅 Accept and manage reservations — online and by phone
- 🍽️ Manage tables — capacity, location, and availability
- 👥 Manage staff — who handles reservations and who gets notified
- 🔔 Automatically notify guests — confirmations, reminders, and review requests
- 📊 Track statistics — reservation counts, occupancy, revenue
Quick Start
Follow these steps if you're just getting started:
- First Login — how to log into the admin panel
- Dashboard Overview — what you see after logging in
- Set Opening Hours — when the restaurant is open
- Add Tables — how many tables you have and where
- Add Staff — who will handle reservations
- Check Settings — reservation approval, cancellation, currency
Once these steps are done, your system is ready to accept its first reservations.
