This help centre is for owners and managers. The system supports six business types and each one sees something different in the admin panel — so start by picking yours. Everything after that reads without having to translate someone else's vocabulary. (Barbershops and salons differ only in wording, so they share one page.)
We write plainly and without jargon. If anything is unclear, get in touch with support.
1. Pick your business type

The admin menu follows your business type. A hotel never sees Menu, a barbershop never sees Event programme — and neither has to switch anything off. The same should be true of the guides you read.
2. Work through six steps to your first booking
This applies to every business type — just read your own term in place of "table" (room, chair, consulting room, space).

How this help centre is organised
The left-hand menu has two halves, and it pays to know which one you're in:

| By business type | Only what your business has. Menus live under Restaurant, ticket sales under Event venue. You can skip the other sections. |
| Common to every business type | The core of the system — reservations, notifications, staff, roles, statistics, billing. It works the same whether you sell lunch or a concert. |
Pages that apply to only some business types say so above the title ("Applies to: 🍽️ Restaurant"). A page without that badge applies to everyone.
What the system does
- 📅 Reservations – online and by phone, with or without approval
- 🗺️ Capacity at a glance – schedule calendar and a live table map
- 👥 Staff – who takes bookings, when they work and when they're off
- 🔔 Automatic messages to guests – confirmations, reminders, review requests (email, SMS, push)
- 🤖 AI assistant – ask in plain language, get an answer or a booking
- 📣 Marketing – campaigns, newsletter, events
- 📊 Statistics – occupancy, reservation counts, revenue
