Advanced analytics gives you a detailed view of your restaurant's performance over time. Find it in the admin panel under Advanced Analytics or on the dashboard.


What does advanced analytics show?

A graph showing the number of reservations each day over the last 30 days. Helps identify patterns — which days are busiest, when more guests come.


⏰ Peak hours

A bar chart showing which hour of the day gets the most guests. Helps with planning staff shifts at the right times.


🥧 Status breakdown

A pie chart showing how reservations end:

  • Completed (guest came)
  • Cancelled
  • No-show

A high no-show rate suggests it may be time to activate deposits or reminders.


🏆 Top services

Overview of the most popular services — which ones guests book most often.


📉 No-show rate

Percentage of reservations where the guest didn't show up. The industry average is 5–15%. Values above 20% suggest a need for reminders or deposits.


🔁 Month comparison

Comparison of the current month vs. the previous month — reservation counts, occupancy, revenue.


💵 Revenue estimate (30 days)

Approximate income from reservations over the last 30 days. Calculated from service prices in the system.


How to use analytics data?

Low reservations on certain days: Consider a special offer or event on slow days.

High no-show rate: Activate SMS or email reminders. Consider deposits for high-demand slots.

Overloaded peak hour: Consider splitting capacity or introducing shorter booking windows.
