📈 Dashboard KPI Cards
KPI cards (Key Performance Indicators) are the overview boxes at the top of the dashboard. They tell you at a glance how your restaurant is performing.
KPI card breakdown
📅 Reservations today
Total number of reservations for today regardless of status.
Use: Quick overview of how busy the day will be.
🪑 Occupancy (%)
The percentage of your total available tables that are occupied today.
Calculation: (occupied tables ÷ total tables) × 100
Use: See whether the day is full or there's still lots of room.
👥 Available seats
The number of guests who could still be accommodated — based on available table capacity.
Use: Quick answer to "Do we have room for walk-in guests?"
💰 Revenue estimate
Approximate total of all confirmed reservation service prices for today.
Use: A rough estimate of daily income. This card can be hidden in settings if you prefer not to display it.
Revenue estimate is based on service prices set in the system. It doesn't include bar sales or spontaneous orders outside reservations.
Reading trends
Each KPI card shows a comparison with the previous period (e.g. same day last week). Arrow up ↑ means improvement, arrow down ↓ means decline.
Dashboard alerts
In addition to KPI cards, the dashboard shows automatic alerts:
| Alert | When it appears |
|---|---|
| ⚠️ Large group | Reservation with more guests than the configured threshold |
| 📉 Slow day | Occupancy below the configured threshold |
| ⏱️ Last-minute cancellation | Reservation cancelled fewer hours before start than configured |
Alerts can be customized in Reservation Settings → Dashboard Alerts.
