Every new business starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to everything on the Pro plan.

What is included in the demo?​

The demo includes all Pro plan features, so you can try the system properly:

  • Online booking through your website
  • The reservation calendar in the admin panel
  • SMS reminders
  • Online deposits
  • Advanced table management (sections, merging, floor plan)
  • Advanced analytics
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Automation (confirmations, reminders, review requests)
  • Unlimited reservations, tables and staff

The demo deliberately enables every Pro feature so you can test the system thoroughly before deciding on a subscription.

Starting a demo​

Quick demo (self-service)​

  1. Fill in the form on the Kilivi website
  2. Enter your business name, email and your name
  3. Optionally enter your company ID (IČO) — the system looks the company up via ARES
  4. You receive an email with sign-in details within a minute

Setup with invoicing (B2B)​

  1. Choose the "Complete setup" option
  2. Enter your company ID (required) and VAT ID (optional)
  3. The system looks the details up via ARES
  4. You receive an invoice for the one-off setup
  5. Once paid, your tenant is activated plus 3 months of subscription free

What happens after 14 days?​

When the trial ends you have two options:

Option 1: Start a subscription​

Go to Billing and pick a plan (Grow / Pro / Max). Card payment through Stripe.

Option 2: Order the complete setup​

Enter your company ID, receive an invoice, and get 3 months free once it is paid.

If you choose neither​

  • The system switches to read-only mode
  • Your data is retained for a limited time (30 days)
  • You receive an email warning about the expiry

Registration (form)

Decision:
  ├── Stripe subscription → activated immediately

    Paid → activated + 3 months free
         ↓
    Recurring subscription (Stripe)

If you choose neither:
  ↓
Expiry → read-only mode
  ↓
30 days → data deleted

Company details and ARES​

When creating a demo or ordering a setup you can enter your company ID (IČO). The system automatically looks up:

  • the company name from the commercial register,
  • the registered address (street, city, postcode),
  • the VAT ID (if the company is VAT-registered).

The data comes from ARES, the Czech register of economic subjects operated by the Ministry of Finance.
