💳 Managing Your Subscription

The Billing section is where you manage your plan, track payments, and make subscription changes.


Where do I find Billing?

In the left menu, click Billing.

The Billing section is only available for users with the Restaurant Manager role.


What do I see in Billing?

  • Current plan — name and price of your subscription
  • Subscription status — active, trial, past due
  • Next renewal date — when the next payment will be charged
  • Payment method — the card linked to your subscription

Upgrading to a higher plan

If you need more features:

  1. In the Billing section, click Change Plan or Upgrade.
  2. Select the new plan.
  3. Confirm payment.

New features are available immediately after upgrade.


Downgrading to a lower plan

  1. In the Billing section, click Change Plan.
  2. Select a lower plan.
  3. Confirm.

The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your current plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.

:::warning Watch out for limits When downgrading to Grow, the limits of 20 tables, 10 staff, and 10 services apply. If you have more entries, you must reduce them before the downgrade, otherwise the system will prevent adding new ones. :::


Cancelling your subscription

The subscription can be cancelled at any time:

  1. In the Billing section, click Cancel Subscription.
  2. Confirm the cancellation.

Access remains active until the end of the paid period. After that, the subscription expires and admin access will be restricted.


Reinstating your subscription

If you cancelled or your subscription expired:

  1. Log into the admin panel.
  2. In the Billing section, select a plan and enter a payment method.
  3. The subscription is renewed immediately.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change plans at any time? Yes, at any time. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at end of month.

Will I receive an invoice? Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email after each payment.

Can I pay annually? Contact support — annual billing is available on a case-by-case basis.

What happens to my data after cancellation? Your data is retained for a limited time even after the subscription expires. Contact support if you need to export your data.
