Setup invoice (B2B)

If you order a complete system setup (design, configuration, data population), you receive a one-off invoice through Fakturoid.

How it works

1. Company details

When ordering you need to provide:

  • Company ID (IČO) (required) — the 8-digit Czech company identification number
  • VAT ID (DIČ) (optional) — for VAT-registered companies
Automatic lookup via ARES

Once you enter the company ID, the system looks the company up in ARES (the Czech register of economic subjects) — the company name, address and VAT ID fill in by themselves.

2. Issuing the invoice

After the order is submitted:

  1. A contact for your company is created in Fakturoid
  2. An invoice for the one-off setup is generated
  3. The invoice is sent to you by email

3. After payment

Once the payment is received, the system automatically:

  • Activates your tenant (your business in the system)
  • Grants you 3 months of subscription for free as a setup bonus
3 months free bonus

After the setup invoice is paid you get 3 months of subscription free of charge. The Stripe subscription starts automatically once the bonus period ends.

FAQ

Do I need a company ID? Yes — a company ID is required to issue the setup invoice. This is a B2B service.

What if I have no VAT ID? The VAT ID is optional. If you are not VAT-registered, the company ID alone is enough.

How long does activation take after payment? Activation happens automatically once the payment is received — usually within a few minutes of the Fakturoid webhook being processed.

Can I pay the invoice by card? The setup invoice is paid by bank transfer. The recurring subscription that follows uses Stripe (card).
