⭐ Review Requests

After a guest's visit is completed, the system can automatically ask them to leave a rating. Reviews help you improve service quality and are valuable feedback.


How does the review request work?

  1. The guest's visit is completed (reservation status changed to Completed).
  2. The system automatically sends the guest a review request email.
  3. The guest clicks the link → a simple form opens.
  4. The guest rates their visit (1–5 stars) and optionally adds a comment.
  5. The rating is saved to the reservation and you can see it in the admin.

Where do I see reviews?

On the reservation detail page there is a Guest Rating section showing:

  • Star rating (1–5)
  • Guest comment
  • Submission date and time

How to activate review requests?

  1. Go to Reservation Settings.
  2. In the Notifications section, enable Review request email after completion.
  3. Set how many hours after completion the email should be sent (e.g. 2 hours after the visit).

Automatic vs. manual sending

  • Automatic: the system sends the email at the configured time after completing (Pro or Max plan)
  • Manual: a manager can trigger review request sending at any time via a button in the admin

Spam protection

The system sends a review request for each reservation at most once. Even if the status changes back and forth, no duplicate email will be sent.
