📊 Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives you a quick overview of what's happening in your restaurant right now.


What the dashboard shows

KPI Cards (key metrics)

At the top of the dashboard you'll see colored cards with key numbers:

CardMeaning
Reservations todayTotal number of reservations for today
OccupancyWhat percentage of your tables are occupied today
Available seatsHow many more guests can still come today
Revenue estimateApproximate income from today's reservations (can be hidden in settings)

Today's Overview

A list of all today's reservations sorted by time. Each reservation shows:

  • Guest name
  • Time and duration
  • Number of guests
  • Current status (pending / confirmed / completed)

Table Map

A visual map of your restaurant showing which tables are currently occupied and which are free.

Approval Queue

If you have manual approval enabled, this shows reservations waiting for your confirmation. You can approve or decline each one directly.

Waitlist

Guests who signed up for the waitlist because no slot was available. The system will notify you when a slot opens up.

Alerts

Automatic alerts for situations that need attention:

  • Large group (more guests than the configured threshold)
  • Slow day (occupancy below the configured threshold)
  • Last-minute cancellation

In the bottom-right corner of the admin panel (on every page, including the dashboard) you'll find a round button with a clipboard icon. Click it to open a form for reporting a bug, suggesting an improvement, or asking a general question. More details: Support & Contact.
