📣 Marketing Campaigns
:::note Available from Pro plan The campaigns module is available on Pro and Max plans. :::
Campaigns let you track where your guests come from and measure the effectiveness of your marketing activities.
What are campaigns?
A campaign is a project or activity to which you assign a tracking code (UTM). The system then automatically tracks how many reservations came from that campaign.
Campaign examples:
- Instagram post inviting people to extended Sunday brunch
- Happy Hour offer on Facebook
- Email promotion for regular customers
- Website popup about Valentine's dinner
Where do I manage campaigns?
In the left menu, click Marketing → Campaigns.
Creating a campaign
- Click Add Campaign.
- Fill in:
- Campaign name — internal name (e.g. "Valentine's 2026")
- Type — Promotion, Popup, Email, Social, Other
- Status — Draft, Active, Paused, Ended
- Start and end date
- UTM code — unique identifier for tracking (e.g.
valentines2026) - Optional: Target audience, Description
- Click Save.
How does tracking work?
- Create a campaign with a unique UTM code.
- Add the parameter
?utm_campaign=valentines2026to links to your booking page. - Guests who click these links automatically have the source recorded in their reservation.
- The campaign overview shows reservations count, clicks, and conversion rate.
Campaign results
The campaign card automatically shows metrics:
| Metric | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Reservations | How many reservations came from this campaign |
| Clicks | How many people clicked the campaign link |
| Conversion rate | What percentage of clicks led to a reservation |
Linking to a Popup
A campaign can be linked to a popup — a pop-up window on your website that appears to visitors and encourages them to book.
:::tip Tip Always use one UTM code per channel. Don't use the same code for Instagram and Facebook — otherwise you won't be able to compare the performance of individual channels. :::
