🧑‍💼 CRM – Customer Profiles

:::note Available only on Max plan The CRM module is available exclusively on the Max plan. :::

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a tool for managing customer relationships. It lets you track visit history, add notes, and mark VIP guests.

What does CRM offer?

Every guest who has registered or made a reservation has a customer profile. CRM enriches that profile with:

  • Number of visits and date of last visit
  • VIP designation
  • Tags — categorization of guests
  • Internal notes about preferences

Customer profiles

Where do I find them?

In the left menu, click Reservations → Guests.

What do I see on a guest's profile?

FieldDescription
Name and emailBasic contact details
PhonePhone number (if provided)
Visit countAuto-updated after each completed reservation
Last visitDate and time of the last completed reservation
Marketing consentWhether guest agreed to receive offers
Booking historyList of all reservations for this guest

VIP guests

Mark a guest as VIP if they deserve special attention:

  • Regular loyal guest
  • High-value customer
  • Celebrity or business partner

How to mark a guest as VIP?

  1. Open the guest profile.
  2. Check VIP Guest.
  3. Save.

VIP guests are marked in the guest list and on their reservations. Staff immediately know who to give extra attention to.

Tags (CRM labels)

Tags help you segment customers into groups:

TagWhen to use
AllergyGuest has food allergies
Prefers windowGuest prefers window seating
Corporate clientGuest comes on behalf of a company
RegularGuest returns frequently

How to add a tag?

  1. Open the guest profile.
  2. In the CRM Tags field, select one or more tags.
  3. Save.

Internal notes

In the CRM Notes field, write anything staff should know about this guest:

  • "Prefers window table, nut allergy"
  • "Celebrates anniversary every November"
  • "Always comes with 4 people from company XY"

Notes are visible only to staff in the admin — guests never see them.

How to enable the CRM module?

  1. Go to Reservations → Appointments Settings → Dashboard & Modules.
  2. Check Enable CRM module.
  3. Save.
