🏠 Role: Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager is the highest role within your restaurant. A person with this role has full access to all features and settings.


Who should have this role?

  • Restaurant owner
  • Operations director
  • Manager with full responsibility

What a Restaurant Manager can do

Reservations and guests

  • View, create, edit, and delete any reservation
  • Approve or decline pending reservations
  • Access the guest database and booking history
  • Manage the waitlist

Restaurant operations

  • Add and edit tables, staff, and services
  • Configure opening hours
  • Manage menu items and weekly menus

System settings

  • Configure reservation system behaviour (approval, cancellation, currency, notifications)
  • Enable/disable modules (campaigns, CRM)
  • Set up guest communication preferences

Users and access

  • Add new users with Staff or Manager role
  • Remove access for existing users
  • View and manage login accounts

Billing

  • View current plan and price
  • Upgrade or change plan
  • Download invoices
