The Restaurant Manager is the highest role within your restaurant. A person with this role has full access to all features and settings.

- Restaurant owner
- Operations director
- Manager with full responsibility
What a Restaurant Manager can do
Reservations and guests
- View, create, edit, and delete any reservation
- Approve or decline pending reservations
- Access the guest database and booking history
- Manage the waitlist
Restaurant operations
- Add and edit tables, staff, and services
- Configure opening hours
- Manage menu items and weekly menus
System settings
- Configure reservation system behaviour (approval, cancellation, currency, notifications)
- Enable/disable modules (campaigns, CRM)
- Set up guest communication preferences
Users and access
- Add new users with Staff or Manager role
- Remove access for existing users
- View and manage login accounts
Billing
- View current plan and price
- Upgrade or change plan
- Download invoices
