🔍 Viewing & Searching Reservations
The admin panel gives you an overview of all reservations. You can filter, search, and view full details of any booking.
Where is the reservation list?
In the left menu, click Reservations → Appointments.
Reservation views
List view
The default view is a table with columns:
- Guest name
- Date and time
- Status
- Number of guests
- Assigned table
- Booking source (online, phone, walk-in)
Filtering
Use filters to show only relevant reservations:
| Filter | How to use |
|---|---|
| Status | Select one or more statuses (pending, confirmed, completed…) |
| Date | Filter by a specific day or date range |
| Staff | Show reservations for a specific staff member |
| Source | Online / phone / walk-in |
Search
Use the search field to find reservations by guest name, email, or phone number.
Reservation details
Click any reservation to open its details. You'll see:
- Guest contact information (name, email, phone)
- Date and time of start and end
- Number of guests and table preference
- Special requests (allergies, occasion, notes)
- Assigned table and staff member
- Status and change history
- Deposit / payment (Pro/Max plans)
- Guest rating (after visit is completed)
Reservation calendar
For a chronological view of reservations, go to Dashboard → Today's Overview or use the timeline view, which shows all reservations arranged in time order.
