⚙️ Reservation Settings

Reservation settings let you customize how the entire reservation system behaves to fit your restaurant's needs.


Where do I find settings?

In the left menu, click Reservations → Appointments Settings.


Reservation approval

Require admin approval

If this is enabled, every new online reservation from a guest will show the status Pending. You must manually approve or decline each reservation.

If disabled, new reservations are automatically set to Confirmed (recommended for smaller restaurants).

Allow admin to create confirmed reservation

If enabled, when manually creating a reservation (phone, walk-in), it is immediately set to confirmed, without waiting for approval.


Guest cancellation

Every confirmation email contains a cancellation link. If this option is enabled, the guest can cancel the reservation by clicking the link.

Cancellation notice (hours before appointment)

Set how many hours before the reservation start a guest can still cancel. For example:

  • Value 24 → guest can cancel no later than 24 hours in advance
  • Value 0 → guest can cancel at any time

Overlap prevention

If Prevent overlapping reservations is enabled, the system will not allow creating two reservations that overlap in time for the same table.

We recommend keeping this option enabled.


Currency & Pricing

Primary currency

Select the currency in which your service prices are entered:

  • CZK (Kč)
  • EUR (€)
  • USD ($)

Currency conversion

If you enable currency conversion, guests from other countries will see prices approximately converted to their currency.

Two modes are available:

  • Live rates — rates are automatically updated every hour from a public source
  • Fixed rates — you set your own fixed rates manually

Dashboard Alerts

The system can automatically display alerts for unusual situations:
