Need help? You have two ways to reach us — directly from the admin panel or by email.
"Report an Issue" button in the admin panel
In the bottom-right corner of the admin panel you'll find a round button with a clipboard icon. It's always available on every page of the administration.
How to use the button
- Click the round button in the bottom-right corner of the admin panel.
- A side panel with a form will open.
- Fill in:
- Title – a brief description of the issue or request
- Description – what exactly happened, or what you'd like improved
- Type – choose from:
- 🐛 Bug – something isn't working correctly
- 💡 Feature request – you'd like a new capability added
- ❓ Question – you need advice or an explanation
- Priority – how urgent is your issue (critical / high / medium / low)
- Email & Name – pre-filled automatically from your account
- Click Send.
After submitting you'll receive a confirmation and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
:::tip Automatic pre-fill If you are logged in, your email and name are filled in automatically. No manual entry needed. :::
