Need help? You have two ways to reach us — directly from the admin panel or by email.


"Report an Issue" button in the admin panel

In the bottom-right corner of the admin panel you'll find a round button with a clipboard icon. It's always available on every page of the administration.

How to use the button

  1. Click the round button in the bottom-right corner of the admin panel.
  2. A side panel with a form will open.
  3. Fill in:
    • Title – a brief description of the issue or request
    • Description – what exactly happened, or what you'd like improved
    • Type – choose from:
      • 🐛 Bug – something isn't working correctly
      • 💡 Feature request – you'd like a new capability added
      • Question – you need advice or an explanation
    • Priority – how urgent is your issue (critical / high / medium / low)
    • Email & Name – pre-filled automatically from your account
  4. Click Send.

After submitting you'll receive a confirmation and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

:::tip Automatic pre-fill If you are logged in, your email and name are filled in automatically. No manual entry needed. :::
