🩺 Clinic
A clinic books patients in for a specific procedure with a specific doctor. Capacity is consulting rooms, not tables.

Your path through this help centre
The links lead into the shared half of the help centre. It is written in restaurant vocabulary — where it says table, read consulting room; where it says guest, read patient.
| # | Step | What you set up |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | First sign-in | Access to the admin panel |
| 2 | Opening hours | The practice's consulting hours |
| 3 | Consulting rooms | Rooms and their capacity |
| 4 | Services | Procedures, their duration and price |
| 5 | Staff | Doctors and nurses |
| 6 | Staff schedules | When each doctor is in |
| 7 | SMS reminders | The most effective way to cut no-shows |
What you can skip
Menu, weekly menu, QR code and the event programme have nothing to do with a clinic — they never appear in your admin panel.
Consulting rooms as a resource
Under Operations → Consulting rooms you create the rooms:
| Field | Note |
|---|---|
| Capacity | Usually 1 — one patient at a time |
| Location | Ground floor, upstairs, procedure room |
| Available for booking | Unticking takes a room out temporarily (refurbishment, holiday) |
Procedures and examinations
Under Operations → Services you set out what a patient can book — an initial examination, a follow-up, a consultation, a preventive check.
- Duration determines how long the room is blocked.
- Buffer after is useful for cleaning and preparation between patients.
- Requires staff assignment should be on wherever a specific doctor performs the procedure.
Doctors' schedules
Individual doctors' consulting hours are set under Operations → Schedules — including holidays and days off. Patients are then only offered times when that doctor is actually in.

Procedure pages
Every procedure can have its own page with a description, what it involves and what's included. You'll find them under Website content → Procedures.
Create one straight from the service: Operations → Services, open the procedure and click Open item page on the right.
For procedures, these sections are especially worth filling in:
| Section | What to write |
|---|---|
| Key details | Duration, whether a referral is needed, preparation beforehand |
| Amenities | Consultation included, aftercare, step-free access |
| Policies | What to bring, how to cancel an appointment |
Most calls to a clinic ask the same things: what to bring, whether a referral is needed and how long it takes. Put that in the Policies of the procedure and the patient sees it before booking.
Personal data
A clinic handles sensitive data. So do not write medical information into a reservation note — the field is meant for organisational notes and it also goes out in the email to the patient.
